When purchasing from Eurohaus Modern Furniture, you agree to our terms of service and policy. All of our vendors and manufacturers have the right to repair or replace the items at their discretion for all items purchased from us and has the standard manufacture's defective warranty, Prices subject to change without prior notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors. If during the order processing and there are any changes to the shipping charge, we will notify you and get your approval for the total amount and permission to charge your credit card by email confirmation. With your approval, the order will process to ship out within the estimated time frame given to you. Once order is shipped, it can not be cancelled and you must accept the order for delivery except when it has a defect or damage by the shipping company, then you will need to notify us immediately to request a replacement part(s) or if necessary a new piece will be sent out to you. All damage(s) at the time of delivery must be noted in details on the driver's copy for the delivery before signing off the delivery. You may be denied of the claim by the shipping company if the damage is not noted on the driver's delivery receipt. This is the only way you can show proof of it to the shipping company and successfully file a damage/loss claim. Sorry, we can not file a claim for you if we don't have the necessary documents and proof to submit to the carrier for claim. If for any reason, we can not fill your order, we reserved the rights to notify you and may cancel the order and issue refund of your payment. We do not sell your information to any party.
