Shipping policy

If shipping out of our service area, we will contact you for a shipping cost to get your approval before finalizing your order. Local Shipping time is up to 2 weeks if the items you ordered is in stock at our retail location in San Jose. Items that requires transfer from distribution warehouse will take an extra time for prepping the order and working with logistics to get the items to you ASAP. Special order, custom order will take 10-12 weeks for productions and shipping time from overseas to Northern California.
