Refund policy

1) Store Policy (Applies to All Sales)

Final Sale

All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on any merchandise, including in-stock, special-order, floor, clearance, or discounted items.

Deposits & Special Orders

A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required to place any order. Special-order merchandise cannot be cancelled or changed once the order has been submitted to the vendor or factory.

Payment Required Before Delivery or Pickup

All orders must be paid in full before delivery or pickup is scheduled.

Delivery & Installation Fees (Local Service Area)

Delivery and installation fees vary based on quantity, distance, time required, and site conditions, including stairs, elevators, and access limitations.

Local delivery - A minimum $150 delivery fee applies to any attempted delivery that cannot be completed due to clearance, access, or fit issues, including doorways, hallways, stairways, ceilings, or customer space.

Nationwide delivery - customer pay delivery fee charged by the carrier both ways if order attempted and/or refused delivery. Delivery Timing are estimated and are the carrier's schedule

Delivery dates are estimates only and may change due to production schedules, shipping, or logistics. Delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

Customer Responsibilities (Measurements & Access)

Customers are responsible for confirming all measurements, access, and site conditions prior to delivery. Failed or refused deliveries may result in redelivery and storage fees.

In-Home Delivery / Installation – Incidental Property Damage

In-home delivery and installation is performed at the customer’s direction. Customer assumes responsibility for site conditions and releases Eurohaus from liability for incidental property damage resulting from access limitations, tight clearances, or placement requested by the customer.

Warranty & Damage Handling

All damage and warranty claims are handled through the manufacturer. Eurohaus will assist with repairs or replacement parts when applicable. Refunds or order cancellations are not provided.

Failed Payments

Returned checks, ACH reversals, or failed payments are subject to a $35 processing fee plus any bank or collection costs.

Natural Material Variations

Natural materials, finishes, leathers, fabrics, stone, and wood may vary from samples, swatches, or photos. Such variations are normal and not considered defects.

Unpaid or Unclaimed Merchandise

Unpaid or unclaimed merchandise may be subject to storage fees and may be resold.

Authorization

Payment and signature authorize Eurohaus Modern Furniture to process this order and all related charges in accordance with these terms.


2) Shipping & Carrier Policy (Out-of-Area Orders)

Local vs. Out-of-Area Delivery

Local deliveries within our service area are performed by Eurohaus staff. Orders shipped outside our local delivery area are shipped using third-party carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or freight companies.

Final Sale / No Cancellation Once Processed

All shipped and special-order items are final sale. Once an order is processed with a vendor or overseas factory, or released to a carrier, it cannot be cancelled, changed, refunded, or exchanged, even if production or shipping is delayed.

Risk of Loss

Eurohaus is not the carrier. For third-party shipments, risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is tendered to the carrier.

Inspection Required at Delivery

Customer must inspect all shipments at the time of delivery and note any visible damage or shortage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. Failure to do so may void the right to file a claim.

Claim Reporting Deadline

All shipping damage, loss, or shortage must be reported to Eurohaus within 48 hours of delivery with photos and packaging preserved. Claims submitted after this period may be denied by the carrier.

Resolution

Eurohaus will assist with carrier or manufacturer claims, repairs, or replacement parts when applicable. Refunds, chargebacks, or order cancellations are not provided for shipping-related issues.

Shipping Times

Shipping and transit times are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or logistics do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

Refused Shipments / Extra Charges

Refused shipments, storage, re-delivery, and reshipment charges are the responsibility of the customer.


3) Linking Clause

All sales are subject to the Eurohaus Store Policy and, where applicable, the Shipping & Carrier Policy.
